I help busy adults and retired clients build towards strength, health and performance. My focus is on you as an individual - I meet you where you're at and consider your past fitness, goals, and limitations to help you build lasting strength and long-term results.
I make training easier by meeting you in your home and delivering expert personal training & coaching. If you want a gym environment instead, I rent a private space you us to train out of.
ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m John - an Ancaster personal trainer, former pro volleyball athlete, and dad who loves helping people get strong. Training transformed my life, taking me from a skinny kid to competing as a professional volleyball athlete in Germany and representing Canada on the national stage..
Now I use that experience to help adults rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in their body.
With 6+ years of education (Bkin, CSCS, Senior Finess Specialist) and hands-on coaching, I guide clients who want to move better, feel confident, and build strength that lasts.

I offer personal training services in the Ancaster and Hamilton area, with flexible options to fit your lifestyle. You can train with me in a gym setting or choose in-home personal training, where I bring the equipment to you. Either option allows you to train effectively, comfortably, and on a schedule that works for you.
